This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys working across virtualization, storage, backup, cloud, and modern workplace technologies in a primarily on-premises environment.\nThis position is 100% onsite in Chattanooga, TN.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and support VMware virtual infrastructure.\nManage and maintain Pure Storage environments.\nConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot Veeam Backup & Replication solutions.\nSupport and administer Google Workspace environments.\nAssist with AWS infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives.\nTroubleshoot infrastructure issues across servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.\nCollaborate with internal IT teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure.\nParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and ongoing optimization efforts.\nDocument system configurations, procedures, and technical changes.\nRequired Qualifications\n3–7+ years of infrastructure engineering or systems engineering experience.\nHands-on experience with:\nVMware vSphere / ESXi\nPure Storage\nVeeam Backup & Replication\nGoogle Workspace Administration\nAWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, or related services)\nStrong troubleshooting skills across enterprise infrastructure technologies.\nExperience supporting Windows Server environments.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to work onsite in Chattanooga, TN.\nPreferred Qualifications\nVMware, AWS, Veeam, or storage-related certifications.\nExperience supporting public sector or government environments.\nKnowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're seeking a technically strong, proactive Infrastructure Engineer who can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
