Listed below are your day-to-day responsibilities. Partner with senior executives to drive the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise strategic initiatives.Translate high-level business priorities and executive vision into actionable project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives remain on track, aligned, and progressing toward key objectives.Lead recurring leadership forums, steering committees, and strategic review meetings by preparing agendas, driving discussions, tracking decisions, and following up on action items.Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational barriers, proactively recommending mitigation strategies and escalation paths.Develop executive and Board-level presentations, reports, and communications that clearly articulate strategy, progress, risks, and key decisions.Support the development and prioritization of the enterprise strategic initiative portfolio, including strategic planning activities and initiative intake processes.Create executive-ready analyses and recommendations that assist leaders in evaluating priorities and making informed business decisions.Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership by identifying opportunities to improve execution, alignment, and organizational effectiveness.Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments to drive accountability, ensure stakeholder alignment, and achieve enterprise-wide objectives.$40/hr to $45/hr.
