This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, identity, and engineering tooling, with broad exposure across both cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and IT to deliver scalable, automated solutions and take ownership of key systems that support day-to-day operations across the business. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is technically curious, self-directed, and motivated to continuously improve how systems are designed and run.\nThis is a high-impact role with broad scope across core systems. You’ll own meaningful areas of infrastructure, work directly with engineering teams, and play a key role in improving how INRIX operates at scale. The environment is fast-paced, with a strong bias toward action, automation, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your scope over time across infrastructure, security, and systems design, and to take on larger initiatives influencing how systems are built and growing into broader technical ownership.\nThis position is a hybrid based in our Bellevue, WA office with four days in office and Friday WFH.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nIdentity & Access Management - Own and operate Entra ID, including account lifecycle automation, SSO, Conditional Access, and privileged access (PIM), improve identity governance through automation, policy refinement, and access reviews, support cloud IAM controls (e.g., AWS roles and policies)\nMicrosoft 365 Security - Own the security configuration and ongoing posture of the Microsoft 365 environment, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve security controls, partner across teams to drive a secure-by-default environment\nCore Infrastructure & Networking - Help ensure systems are secure, resilient, and scalable across cloud and on-prem environments, support core networking services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing/switching, firewalls, segmentation) , troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and reduce recurring operational overhead, maintain private cloud infrastructure, including Hyper-V and Failover Clustering\nAutomation & Infrastructure as Code - automate manual processes using PowerShell and APIs, build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools, improve CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions) with a focus on reliability and least-privilege access, identify and execute on opportunities to simplify and scale systems through automation\nEngineering Systems & Tooling - Support and secure engineering platforms, including GitHub, JFrog, and Copilot, manage access and integrate identity controls across tooling, help maintain governance across repositories, Actions runners, secrets, and policies\nWhat You Bring:\n5+ years of hands-on experience in systems, infrastructure, or cloud engineering\nExperience with identity platforms, access management, and security best practices\nStrong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, APIs, Terraform or similar)\nWorking knowledge of networking fundamentals and infrastructure operations\nExperience supporting developer tooling and CI/CD environments\nAbility to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and follow through on execution\nClear communication and a collaborative, low-ego working style\nWhy INRIX?\nWork with an amazing team to solve complex real-world problems with big data.\nConsistently ranked as one of the top places to work in the Seattle area.\nCompetitive Salary, Benefits, and 401K matching.\nNo policy vacation policy, it’s flexible and always has been.\nA boat on Lake Washington.
