Job Description HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN LANCASTER, TXAccurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Lancaster, Texas. This individual will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, replenishing inventory, moving pallets and totes throughout the warehouse, and supporting general warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior sit-down forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production-focused environment. Pay, Schedule, and LocationStarting at $16.00/hour (Increase to $17.50/hour after three months) Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday Located in Lancaster, TXDuties and ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks using sit-down forklifts Replenish inventory and double-stack large totes containing seed products Move pallets and totes to inbound and outbound warehouse locations Assist with picking and replenishment tasks requiring attention to detail Support general labor duties including lifting and moving 50 lb seed bags Flip and stage seed bags for loading operations Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy Assist with additional job assignments as needed Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelinesRequirements and Qualifications1–2 years of forklift experience required Experience operating LP and gas tank Raymond sit-down forklifts preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment Steel-toe shoes required Reliable attendance and transportation required--(Salary range based on experience)--ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
