Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, paid media, retail performance, and analytics.This is a highly cross-functional, data-driven role for someone who is both analytical and curious—comfortable diving into performance data while also contributing to creative testing and brand storytelling. You will play a key role in bringing our paid campaigns to life and translating data from media, POS, and consumer channels into actionable insights that drive decision-making across DTC and retail.While this role supports direct-to-consumer growth through paid media, a significant focus will be on retail performance and broader brand health, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand beyond channel execution into holistic brand management.Location: Brooklyn, NY (2-3 days a week onsite)Salary: $70,000 + bonusResponsibilities:Performance Marketing & Paid MediaSupport execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platformsPartner with agencies to analyze performance and optimize toward ROAS and traffic goalsCollaborate with Creative and Social teams to test and iterate on messaging, formats, and contentContribute to a culture of testing and learning across channelsBrand Strategy, Analysis & InsightsSynthesize data across paid media, POS, social, and competitive sources into clear, actionable insightsAnalyze performance vs. prior periods, forecasts, and benchmarks to identify growth opportunitiesSupport development of reporting and presentations for internal stakeholdersRetail & Omnichannel PerformanceConnect paid media and marketing efforts to retail outcomes, helping inform go-to-market strategiesSupport reporting across both DTC and retail channels to provide a holistic view of performanceConsumer Engagement & Content PerformanceAnalyze performance across organic social, influencers, and content platformsEvaluate engagement metrics and content effectiveness to inform creative and media strategiesHelp identify opportunities to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion across the funnelInnovation & Cross-Functional ExecutionSupport innovation and new product initiatives through research, competitive analysis, and performance insightsContribute to brand calendar planning across launches, campaigns, and retail momentsCollaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Sales, Creative, and Analytics to ensure aligned executionRequirements: 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, brand, analytics, or related roles within beauty, CPG, or DTCStrong understanding of paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Search); hands-on experience preferredHighly analytical with strong Excel skills and ability to translate data into insightsCurious, proactive, and eager to test, learn, and grow across both brand and performance marketingComfortable working in an omnichannel environment spanning DTC and retailExperience with beauty retailers (i.e.Ulta) is a plusExperience working cross-functionally with agencies, creative, sales, and product teamsStrong communication skills and ability to present insights clearlyPassion for beauty, haircare, and consumer brandsReady to apply?Please click the link that will bring you to our careers page.
