Junior Engineers at MBC are expected to start “thinking outside of the box” to solve design problems and understand that getting the job done means delivering high-quality work while being mindful of our clients’ time and budget constraints. Annual compensation for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
