Seeking qualified person to handle day-to-day operations for construction based business. Duties will include accounts receivable, accounts payable, scheduling, payroll, answering telephone calls, responding to emails, completing permit applications and filing. Qualified candidates should possess exemplary communication skills on the phone, via email and in person. Candidate should be self-motivated, task-oriented and willing to adapt to ever-changing scenarios that arise as a result of being a part of a growing business. Candidate must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, navigating the internet/web-based portals and be able to use correct spelling and proper grammar. Preferred candidate will have knowledge of QuickBooks and the construction industry. Work hours are Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm with some flexibility to the time frame of each day. This position will pay on a weekly basis at hourly rate to be determined by level of experience.
