The scope of this job includes building and optimizing comprehensive solutions that prioritize end-user efficiency and experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly available and scalable infrastructure and applications on the Microsoft Azure platform.\nContribute to automation scripts and workflows for deployment, configuration, and monitoring using tools like PowerShell, Bash, and Azure DevOps pipelines.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and deployment.\nMonitor system performance, help troubleshoot issues, and support optimization of system resources for improved scalability and reliability.\nParticipate in resolving infrastructure and application issues to ensure maximum uptime.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation to support production systems and respond to incidents.\nStay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience\n0 - 2 years related work experience\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExposure to software engineering practices with an interest in DevOps.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft technologies including Azure, PowerShell, and SQL Server.\nAwareness of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.\nIntroductory understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Azure Monitor, and Site24x7.\nExperience with source control systems like GitHub.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.\nAbility to collaborate via documentation tools like Confluence, Miro, and SharePoint.\nCommitment to team rituals with 80% attendance expectation.\nRelevant certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Azure Developer Associate, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer.\nExposure to microservices architectures.\nAwareness of security best practices in cloud environments.\nInterest or experience in supporting Redis in a production environment.\nFamiliarity with GCP cloud services and tooling.\nHealthcare industry experience\n\nJob Expectations:\n\nWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed\nMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information\nMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time\n\n#LI-TC1\n\n#LI-Onsite\n\nWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
