Associate Attorney with 0-3 years experience

Job Description Hylton & Associates, a law firm located in Irvine, CA, represents public entities and private companies in personal injury, premises liability and employment matters.We are looking for a 0-3 year attorney to join our growing team. This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney (hybrid may be available eventually for the right candidate). The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents (including responses to complaints, discovery, and dispositive motions), negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.Required QualificationsAdmission to State Bar of California (pending 2024 admission)Experience in personal injury and/or premises liability Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
