Position: Offsite Community Integration Specialist (FFS Only) Location: California, MDJob Id: 1241 # of Openings: 1Vesta, Inc. is currently seeking an individual to work in the community, home, and our center in California, MD with individuals and families suffering from mental illness in an effort to enhance their quality of life. Services provided are to be individualized and based upon a detailed needs assessment. This individual would provide services to assist clients with learning and developing independent living skills, social skills, illness management and strategies, and self-care skills. Support is also to be provided to clients with accessing and coordinating benefits, additional services, and community-based resources.Hours are flexible, Primarily Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pmPOSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Degree in Health and Human Services field; and/orMinimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health fieldValid Driver's License; and reliable mode of transportationAbility to maintain a flexible scheduleAbility to pass background check and drug screening.SKILLSET:Conduct visits for adults and adolescents, utilizing a blend of onsite (office) and offsite (home/community) services.Facilitating GroupsBe available to come to the office once a week for team meetings and collaborative sessions with the PRP team.Navigate and connect clients to relevant community resources, offering guidance to support their vocational, educational, family, social, and daily life choices.Demonstrate proficiency in completing the DLA-20 assessment tool.Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients at all timesAttention to detail and follow throughStrong computer skills, with familiarity to the Microsoft productsAble to coach and teach with the purpose to obtain outcomesCompensation and Benefits:Pay Range: Payment will be structured on a fee-for-service basis, meaning compensation will be provided monthly per completed service rather than an hourly or salaried rate.Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.PTO/Sick Leave: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service.
