Job DescriptionWe have a customer based in Tempe, AZ who has an IMMEDIATE opening for a BIM/VDC Coordinator for projects in the SouthEast USA and also the SouthWest USA (both positions can be worked REMOTELY for well-qualified candidates. If you or any of your friends or colleagues are interested in this position, please click APPLY NOW.In this role you will work as a BIM/VDC Coordinator for a large construction firm that is involved in Water and Waste Water projects, semiconductor/hi-tech and a variety of large projects. In this role you will lead BIM coordination using NAVISWORKS for mainly process piping and MEP, build federated models, lead BIM/clash meetings with up to 30-40 participants including MEP group leaders, trades, Project Managers, owners, etc.This is a long-term TEMP-HIRE or DIRECT HIRE position for well-qualified candidates.Candidates can work remote for these positions. Pay range is in the $40-50/hr range (80-100K on salary)JOB REQUIREMENTS:BS or AAS Degree or similar with 2-5 years+ experience in BIM/VDC CoordinationMust have proficiency with NAVISWORKS, AUTOCAD and ideally REVITExperience with large MEP Construction projects, Process pipingCandidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills
