Job DescriptionSenior Net Revenue AnalystHouston, TX Full-Time $99,000 - $130,000Healthcare IndustryWe are seeking a Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support complex financial analysis and reimbursement-related initiatives within a large healthcare organization.This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of net revenue reporting, analyzing reimbursement trends, and providing actionable insights to support financial decision-making.Important: Kodiak (Crowe RCA) experience is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.Position OverviewThe Senior Net Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing system-level net revenue performance, supporting the monthly financial close process, and developing insights into reimbursement trends across government and commercial payors.This role partners with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to improve visibility into revenue drivers and contribute to financial strategy and reporting accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Reporting• Perform complex financial analysis related to reimbursement and net revenue performance• Support monthly close processes including trend modeling, variance analysis, and reconciliation• Prepare journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data• Develop and maintain financial reporting schedules for internal and external stakeholdersReimbursement & Revenue Cycle Insights• Analyze reimbursement structures across commercial and government payors• Develop insights into net revenue performance drivers and trends• Prepare managed care contract performance reports• Contribute to development of reserve methodologiesData & Systems• Retrieve and analyze data from systems including Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA• Support implementation and optimization of net revenue and reimbursement systems• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting processesCross-Functional Collaboration• Partner with finance leadership, including executives, to support decision-making• Collaborate across departments to understand revenue cycle dependencies• Support cross-functional projects related to revenue cycle and financial systemsLeadership & Development• Serve as a mentor and resource to junior analysts• Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and analytical excellence• Stay informed on regulatory and reimbursement changesRequirementsRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field• 7+ years of experience in net revenue or healthcare financial analysis• Hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe RCA) - required• Strong knowledge of revenue accounting and reimbursement structures• Experience working with government and commercial payors• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong communication and presentation skills• Experience working with financial systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSIPreferred Qualifications• CPA or advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related field)• Experience in large, multi-site healthcare organizations
