4pm (10 hour shift)\nTraining Available!\nDescription of Role:\nPackaging Machine Operators are packaging system experts responsible for operating and adjusting designated machinery, ensuring safety, efficiency, operational compliance and product quality, while actively driving continuous improvement.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMechanical aptitude\nBasic troubleshooting skills\nProficient in MS office and email communications\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nCan perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.\nFrequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)\nFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.\nAbility to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.\nAbility to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours\nCapable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions\nProficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nPrevious manufacturing experience\nKnowledge of food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)\nOperational experience\nPackaging and/or process experience\nWhat will be my key responsibilities?\n\nOperate packaging equipment to complete the process and finished products for shipping, following all routine SOPs and specifications\nLoad packaging materials, clear jams, reset faults, perform changeovers, conduct quality checks, adhere to GMP standards and report any issues\nPerform basic preventative maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., lubrication, inspections) and submit corrective work order requests into the MIS system\nComply with all area Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and reporting safety hazards\nPerform ad hoc tasks as needed\nTotal Rewards\n\nStarting
