This role is 100% remote.ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end risk assessments across financial, operational, compliance, and strategic risk domainsIdentify, analyze, and document risks, including mitigation plans and tracking mechanismsDevelop and apply qualitative and quantitative risk assessment and risk weighting methodologiesAggregate risk data and support risk reporting for stakeholders and leadershipCreate risk reports, dashboards, and presentation materials (charts, graphics, slide decks)Maintain and track KRIs/KPIs, action plans, and mitigation progressCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product teams, to align risk assessments with business objectivesSupport development and maintenance of risk frameworks, documentation, and proceduresProvide risk assessment training and guidance to stakeholdersManage multiple risk assessments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and follow-throughPerform ad hoc reporting and support agile workflows and administrative tasksSkills And QualificationsStrong experience in enterprise or independent risk management and risk assessment executionDeep understanding of risk assessment frameworks and methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-throughExperience developing risk reports, dashboards, and executive presentationsExperience collaborating with cross-functional and product teamsFamiliarity with fintech, financial services, or technology risk management is a plusKnowledge of emerging technologies and risk frameworks (e.g., AI, model risk, NIST) is a plusWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
