We don't just make incremental improvements; we change how surgeries are performed.About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious, high-performance surgical sales professional to spearhead our expansion in the Santa Barbara, Santa Clarita, Valencia, and Thousand Oaks territories. This is an entrepreneurial, high-stakes role designed for a top-tier closer who thrives on introducing game-changing, disruptive procedural technologies to the operating room.ResponsibilitiesDrive deep procedural adoption and capital/disposable sales of our disruptive surgical device portfolio within community hospitals and major medical centers.Manage, navigate, and own the entire sales cycle—from cold calling and clinical evaluations to VAC (Value Analysis Committee) approvals and execution.Maintain a heavy clinical presence in the Operating Room, acts as a trusted advisor to surgeons, surgical staff, and hospital administration.Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas within the designated territory. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (4-year college degree required).Experience: 4 to 8 years of high-performance procedural surgical sales experience.Track Record: A proven, documented history of hitting and exceeding sales quotas (President’s Club, top 10% rankings, etc.).Territory Coverage: Ability to travel effectively across Santa Barbara, Santa Clarita, Valencia, and Thousand Oaks. Required SkillsPrior experience selling a disruptive medical device that required changing surgeon behavior or clinical habits.Experience working within a fast-paced, agile startup environment. Preferred SkillsKnockout Criteria: Candidates without direct procedural surgical sales experience or those who cannot provide a documented, data-driven track record of sales success (numbers/rankings) will not be considered.
