Work will primarily take place in government workspaces with limited telework based on mission requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAdminister SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Solution Manager, Fiori, Gateway, Web Dispatcher, SAP BTP, and related system components.\nInstall, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain SAP systems following vendor and organizational best practices.\nPerform SAP kernel upgrades, support package deployments, Enhancement Packages, and SUM-based activities.\nExecute SAP system copies, client copies, refreshes, and full landscape cloning.\nMonitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity using SAP tools and enterprise monitoring solutions.\nTroubleshoot SAP Basis issues including performance, transport failures, connectivity, and system errors.\nManage SAP Transport Management System (TMS), including sequencing and migrations across all environments.\nCoordinate maintenance windows, technical deployments, and outage communications to minimize disruption.\nSupport SAP High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) design, testing, and execution.\nPerform SAP user administration and work with security teams on technical authorization requirements.\nConduct system housekeeping tasks such as background job monitoring, spool management, interface checks, and log reviews.\nCollaborate with DBAs on SAP HANA backup, recovery, tuning, and optimization activities.\nSupport integrations with middleware, identity management, authentication platforms, and external systems.\nMaintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and configuration baselines.\nAssist with ATO, RMF, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity requirements.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for production incidents.\nSupport cloud-based SAP environments including SAP RISE and hybrid architecture deployments.\nProvide technical assistance during new deployments, releases, and ongoing sustainment operations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nHands-on experience administering SAP Basis in enterprise environments.\nExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or similar SAP platforms.\nProven experience with SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and technical migrations.\nStrong knowledge of SAP Transport Management System (TMS).\nExperience supporting SAP HANA databases.\nWorking knowledge of Linux and/or Windows systems running SAP applications.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve SAP performance and availability issues.\nSolid understanding of SAP architecture and technical landscape design.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.\nActive Secret security clearance required.\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nAbility to work on-site at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\nSAP Certified Technology Associate -
