Investor Relations Associate

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:Our client is a multi-billion dollar PE fund based in the Bay Area.JOB DESCRIPTION:Our client seeks an Investor Relations Associate to work with the firm's LPs. Responsibilities include:-Produce customized marketing presentations for existing and prospective LP meetings, roadshows, and other LP engagements.-Act as the point person for investor queries and coordinate with various internal stakeholders including the investing team, operations & legal.-Assist in managing relationships with existing Limited Partners and, over time, become a key contact for the firm by providing Limited Partners with continuous investment and portfolio updates.JOB REQUIREMENTS:-1-3 years experience working in a client-facing or investment-oriented role, preferably within investment banking, private equity, institutional asset management, or consulting-Undergraduate degree with strong academic track record required-Experience with financial modeling and presentation content creation strongly preferred-Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
