Ensuring all Pool rules are followed is critical to the job. Documenting and taking pictures when anyone is violating park or pool rules. Good customer service skills are important, the ability to always keep one's professional and polite demeanor, even if someone if a patron or guest is being disrespectful or rude. Occasional patrolling is always required. Security guard works alone and checks-in with Property Manager. For this position, the security guard may need to cover another position at same property -- a busy main entrance gate. A willingness to work at either post (pool or main gate) upon request is required.
