Duties Assist with Meal Preparation, Personal Care, Light Housework, and Transporation Provide direct client care and ensure client safety Monitor and record vital signs as needed Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with mobility and lifting when necessary Support clients with hospice care needs Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client Requirements A caring heart Previous experience is preferred, but not required Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone Time Management and Cooking Skills Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and Reliable Transportation Pass Drug and Background Screening.
