We are looking for someone who aligns with how we show up—for our clients and for each other.What You’ll Do:Work inbound + team-generated leadsFollow up consistently and convert conversations into appointmentsShow homes, write offers, and guide clients through the processMaintain strong communication with clients and teamFollow proven systems and processes for successParticipate in team trainings and accountabilityGenerate new business through daily prospecting and lead generationManage pipeline and opportunities with consistencyWhat Success Looks Like:Consistent daily lead generation and follow-up activityStrong communication and speed-to-leadAbility to convert conversations into signed clientsGrowth in appointments, contracts, and closings over timeTaking full ownership of your results and performanceWhat We’re Looking For:Full-time commitment (non-negotiable)Active real estate license OR 1–3 years of sales experience requiredStrong communication and people skillsCoachable, accountable, goal-driven, and self-motivatedComfortable with lead generation, follow-up, and conversionAbility to respond quickly and manage multiple clientsDriven to grow and increase incomeOur Core Values (How We Operate):We are intentional about who we bring onto our team.
