The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting federal programs, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of government financial and contractual processes.\n\nPrepare milestone-based invoices and supporting documentation using the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system, tracking acceptance and payment status.\nAdminister staffing-partner agreements and coordinate monthly invoicing against approved labor categories.\nMonitor timekeeping compliance in accordance with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements.\nMaintain accurate program documentation and support contract administration activities.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and staffing partners to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.\nAssist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) with security-related administrative documentation and paperwork.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in federal contract administration, program control, or Program Management Office (PMO) support.\nHands-on experience with WAWF and DCAA-compliant timekeeping practices.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, track, and analyze program and financial information.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) or milestone-based payment contracts.\nExperience using Deltek for contract administration, timekeeping, or financial management.\n\nWork Location and Schedule\n\nLocation: Hybrid. Reston, VA headquarters and approved remote locations within the United States, with on-site work at Government facilities in Northern Virginia and Maryland as required. Government-furnished equipment is used for all access to Government environments.\nSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with core hours of 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Eastern.
