OverviewBeal Driving Academy is looking for a part-time Driving Instructor for our Waterville/Showhegan, Maine location.We are seeking dedicated Driving Instructors to join our team for 10-20 hours per week for after school and weekend hours. The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching and ensuring safe driving practices. This position offers the opportunity to educate and guide individuals in developing essential driving skills.ResponsibilitiesConduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levelsInstruct students on driving techniques, rules of the road, and safety precautionsProvide constructive feedback to help students improve their driving abilitiesDemonstrate patience and effective communication during lessonsManage classroom sessions effectively to enhance learning experiencesQualificationsMust be 25 years of age with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background checkExperience in driving and a valid driver's licenseStrong communication skills to effectively convey driving conceptsProficiency in classroom management techniquesAbility to educate and engage students in the learning processExperience working with students, particularly in adult education settingsKnowledge of driving laws and regulationsJoining our team as a Driving Instructor offers the opportunity to make a positive impact by empowering individuals with valuable driving skills.
