The successful candidate will be instrumental in rationalizing and realigning existing services and systems. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to substantially shape the future direction and success of the business.ResponsibilitiesThe Process Analyst is hands-on responsible for the on scope, on time, and on budget development and delivery of comprehensive technical and operational capabilities, including business requirements definition, driving cohesive CRM and ERP solutions, creation and management of project structures as well as alignment of resources. The role requires adherence to Agile development methodology, project management, and change management processes, strong communication skills, and implementation of project-based governance and controls. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Collect and document the business requirements for project and process improvement/automation effortsTranslate business objectives into system requirements using powerful analysis and modeling toolsServes as the liaison between the business community and the technical solution providers throughout the project life cycleFacilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use casesReview information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levelsValidate business processes with business users of solutionsCreate process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance in addition to training the end-user populationUnderstand company priorities and align as needed the competing projectsManage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closureThe DetailsLocation: Denver, CO or RemoteTravel: less than 10%Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust pass a comprehensive background screeningMust-have Qualifications5 plus years relevant work experienceTelecommunications and Colocation Engineering or Operations experienceSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC) MethodsLarge, complex program management experienceProcess Architecture, UML or similar business process modeling.Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processesSoftware lifecycle management and implementation experienceProduct Development Lifecycle methodologyExperience with NetSuite or Salesforce CRMExcellent organizational and time management skillsThis Might Be Right For You IfYou are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.You do not get flustered easily.
