Come join our award-winning organization and work with some of the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry.\n\nLocation: McLean, VA\n\nFinancial Analysis & Forecasting\n\nPrepare financial analyses, forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support management decision-making.\nAnalyze program financial performance, revenue, labor utilization, direct costs, indirect costs, and profitability.\nSupport monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to management, which includes monitoring backlog\nDevelop financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, contract extensions, staffing decisions, and operational changes.\nAssist with annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting activities.\nMonitor actual performance against budget and forecast and provide explanations for material variances.\nSupport program managers with financial reporting, financial forecasting, and resource planning.\nEnsure billing is correct for all projects using the correct CLIN, PLCs, and POPs on the contract\nSupport pricing exercises from our delivery and capture teams on contract MODs and or extensions\n\nGovernment Contracting & Compliance\n\nApply knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, government cost principles, and applicable accounting and pricing requirements to financial analysis and pricing activities.\nSupport internal and external audits and provide requested financial and pricing documentation.\nAssist with indirect rate development, rate analysis, and rate forecasting.\nEnsure pricing assumptions are appropriately documented, supported, and consistent with contract and company requirements\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n3+ years of relevant financial analysis, government contracting, proposal pricing, or related experience.\nStrong understanding of government contracting\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and complex formulas.\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent attention to detail\nAbility to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to clearly present financial and pricing information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with FAR/DFARS, government cost principles, and CAS.\nExperience with Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, Deltek T&E, or another government contracting ERP/accounting system.\nExperience developing pricing for U.S. federal government contracts and proposals.\nExperience with indirect rate development and forecasting.\nExperience supporting DCAA or DCMA audits.\nExperience with T&M, FFP, Cost-Plus, and IDIQ/task order contracts.\nExperience pricing professional services, technology, engineering, cybersecurity, or other government contractor labor.\nCMA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus.\nExperience with Power BI, OneStream or other business intelligence/reporting tools is a plus.\nAbout Xcelerate Solutions:\nFounded in 2009 and headquartered in McLean, VA, Xcelerate Solutions (www.xceleratesolutions.com) is one of America's fastest-growing companies.
