The position requires the ability to establish and maintain controlled system baselines, develop engineering and network documentation, support Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Certification & Accreditation (C&A) activities, and provide technical support throughout system evolution, testing, inspections, and integration activities.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nConfiguration Management and Baseline Control\nDeveloping and maintaining Configuration Management Plans, procedures, and configuration-controlled documentation.\nEstablishing and maintaining hardware, software, and firmware baselines, including configuration items, versions, licenses, parts lists, and approved configurations.\nDeveloping methodologies for tracking, documenting, and controlling architecture and configuration changes.\nSupporting system evolution, integration, baseline updates, and incorporation of Government-approved hardware, software, and tools.\nIdentifying emerging technical requirements and supporting engineering activities associated with baseline management.\nChairing and/or participating in change boards, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Program Management Office (PMO) requirements boards.\nNetwork Architecture and Engineering\nDeveloping and maintaining network architecture documentation, addressing schemes, and system-location records.\nProducing and maintaining engineering and network drawings, including:\nWiring and connection diagrams\nNetwork block and logic diagrams\nInterconnect diagrams\nRack diagrams\nFacility and range ISO drawings\nData flow diagrams\nSystem and engineering drawings\nMaintaining documentation that accurately reflects deployed network infrastructure and major system components.\nInfrastructure and Systems Management\nImplementing, maintaining, or supporting Integrated Power Management Interface (IPMI) infrastructure.\nDocumenting hardware and software configurations, including types, versions, licenses, dependencies, and parts requirements.\nTracking and documenting operating-system and software patches, fixes, and configuration changes.\nMaintaining and documenting source code, scripts, and associated configuration information.\nIdentifying, tracking, and reporting hardware and software licensing issues.\nMaintaining and documenting security-relevant software and firmware.\nRMF, C&A, and Security Compliance\nProviding systems support for DoW Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Certification & Accreditation (C&A) activities.\nDeveloping RMF/C&A documentation and required artifacts, including network diagrams and supporting technical evidence.\nCoordinating technical inputs and documentation for C&A/RMF package submissions.\nDeveloping and following procedures for authorizing hardware, software, and firmware prior to implementation.\nSupporting DoW hardware and software infrastructure baseline and certification requirements.\nTest, Range, and Inspection Support\nProviding technical support to 346TS and/or 318RANS unit inspections and associated test and range activities.\nSupporting inspection preparation, walkthroughs, documentation, response development, corrective actions, and resolution tracking.\nDeveloping and maintaining test and range documentation, including:\nRequirements and ROM documentation\nTest Support Agreements\nTest Plans\nData Management Analysis Plans\nTest Reports\nTest Concept Briefings\nTest Readiness Review (TRR) Briefings\nDeveloping range designs, diagrams, and technical documentation supporting test projects and range-only activities.\nTechnical Governance and Documentation\nPreparing agendas, meeting minutes, technical diagrams, engineering drawings, spreadsheets, and other materials for technical and requirements boards.\nProviding documentation supporting configuration control, baseline management, engineering, integration, and system authorization activities.\nMaintaining accurate, traceable, and configuration-controlled technical records throughout the system lifecycle.\nBasic Qualifications\nSecurity Clearance: Active TS/SCI\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
