Its more than a workoutits a path to More Life .Every role at CamFit is a chance to change liveswhether youre leading a class or helping someone find the perfect membership, youre giving them the tools to live stronger, healthier lives.Key Responsibilities:Be the first point of contactwelcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitudeGuide prospects through studio tours and membership optionsDrive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail productsMaintain accurate records using Orangetheorys established sales systemsHandle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreachSupport daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experienceCollaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environmentQualifications:Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goalsStrong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingComfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededA positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit communityPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.MS Office platform and troubleshooting experienceRequirements:Compensation details: 15-17 Hourly WagePI07ab12161601-26289-39194072
