QA Engineer Automated 3

Position: QA Engineer Automated 3 Location: Austin, Texas 78751 Duration: 2 Months Job Summary Design and develop automated test scripts to execute testing functions automatically. Determine the priority of test scenarios and create execution plans for implementation. Develop and maintain documentation for automated testing processes. Coordinate and perform work on complex and/or large-scale programming projects. Write and review detailed test plans, test cases, and prepare test data and test environments. Write, debug, and revise complex software code as part of the QA process. Analyze proposed applications for inclusion in software regression testing suites. Review and revise software to improve efficiency and adapt to new procedures. Prepare detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and verification procedures for both existing and proposed applications. Collaborate with customers and project teams during the test cycle. Interpret requirements documents and update test documentation as needed. Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies. Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively with both technical and non-technical groups. (Preferred) Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and documentation templates. (Preferred) Familiarity with company's information architecture, management methodologies, and software technology stacks.
