Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC and Carlisle, PA.\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.**\n\nDuties And Responsibilities\n\nSupervise, coach and develop a team of AP associates enabling the accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects\n\nProvide oversight and direction for invoice processing carried out by the 3rd party provider\n\nContinuously maintain and refine standard operating procedures to uphold and advance best-practice standards\n\nUnderstand and oversee data flow and end-to-end process between various areas of the supply chain and 3rd party provider\n\nCollaborate with internal departments (VSRM, category management, brands, finance, IT, etc.) to resolve issues\n\nProvide ad hoc analysis as requested to assist in key business decisions in a timely and efficient manner\n\nDevelop and publish department reporting/KPI's\n\nEstablish meaningful departmental goals and drive accountability-personally and across the team-to ensure they are met.\n\nAct as a liaison between the department and other areas and brands\n\nProactively evaluate AP processes to identify improvement opportunities and clearly advocate for recommended changes\n\nSustain and advocate for robust internal controls to ensure operational integrity\n\nAdditional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree or Equivalent\n\n6-8 years AP experience, preferably leading teams/processes\n\nStrong understanding of accounting theories, methodologies, principles and practices, and the impact of departmental transactions to the financial statements\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills\n\nAdvanced formulas in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and macros)\n\nExperience with GL account analysis\n\nExperience with or ability to use query tools for research/reporting\n\nAccurate and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills\n\nStrong customer service mindset\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to communicate to all levels of management, internal and external business partners, and auditors\n\nStrong organizational skills with ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently\n\nAbility to create and effectively deliver training to all levels of the organization\n\nMainframe, SEGA, ACIS, and DSS MicroStrategy knowledge is helpful\n\nSAP S4/Hana knowledge helpful\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nLEAN immersion training preferred\n\nNC/PA Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560\nActual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
