Senior Travel Consultant, Amadeus
Job Description: Communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients
Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers
Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels
Support specialized customer training programs and group air fulfillment
Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and provide consultation to the customer
Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
Provide the client with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
Review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients
Requirements: Extensive experience as a travel agent
Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
Highly organized and detail oriented
Skilled with Excel and other Microsoft applications
