document findings and drive corrective actions to completion\r\nDeliver hands-on safety training for new hires and refresher training for the existing workforce\r\nMaintain OSHA 300 logs, injury/illness records, and all required regulatory documentation\r\nCoordinate PPE programs - tracking inventory, ensuring proper fit and use, and replacing equipment as needed\r\nSupport emergency response preparedness including drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid readiness\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for OSHA or agency interactions;
