As a Human Resources Business Partner at Resolve you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. As part of our global HR team, you will be our main representative in the US. Key Responsibilities: Improve organizational effectiveness by aligning HR policies and procedures to support the business strategy Identify legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure that policies, procedures, and reporting are complying Stay up to date with HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation Manage employee relations, address concerns, and cultivate a positive workplace culture Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding to ensure seamless integration Develop and implement performance management programs to enhance employee growth and development Provide guidance on compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and fair practices Monitor payroll and contract management Enhance our employer branding efforts to attract top talent by promoting our company culture and values through various channels Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling employer branding content and initiatives. Support the full-cycle recruitment process for our open positions in the US, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Your profile Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred) Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role First experience in Talent Acquisition Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, compliance and government regulations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build trustful relationships and influence at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management Personal Characteristics At Resolve Biosciences, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to our success.
