Senior Accountant

(Please note THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION).ResponsibilitiesAs an in-house Senior Accountant, you will play a significant role in the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for the financial management of our company, including but not limited to:Managing Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.Streamlining billing and contracts, managing payroll, and ensuring timely disbursements.Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting, bank reconciliation.Manage the budgeting and forecasting.Produce financial statements as required.Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.Develop and adhere to policies and procedures.Coordinate with subsidiaries to coordinate and approve financial transactions.Managing banking and partner relationships, investor and Executive presentations.Qualifications.The candidate must possess:At least 10-12 years of experience with increasing responsibility within the corporate accounting/finance department.Bachelor's degree in accounting or higher from a recognized institution.
