This position is on site at their Florida location and focuses on increasing equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities Liaison between Maintenance and Project Engineering.\nPreventive Maintenance (PM) effectiveness validation.\nMonitor predictive maintenance programs.\nAssist in deploying the PDM condition based monitoring system.\nAssist Maintenance Supervisors and Planners with technical maintenance issues.\nEstablishes maintenance best practices.\nPerforms RCA/RCFA’s on contributors of yield, utilization, and capacity losses (attributed to equipment, processes, etc.).\nIdentifies and resolves chronic failures.\nEstablishes and monitors predictive maintenance program.\nCalculates asset life-cycle and costs.\nPerforms criticality analysis and defines critical spares.\nConducts asset risk/health analysis.\nProvides support to site’s Business Interruption/Loss Prevention programs.\nRequired Experience and Education Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer degree from an accredited university.\nExperience in fertilizer manufacturing, granulation processes, surface mining.\nExperience with piping, pressure vessel evaluations and failure analysis.\nCompensation based on relevant experience.\nEqual Opportunity Employer The Spear Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
