GHSP is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position would sit at either of our Holland or Novi, Michigan locations. (Onsite-Hybridwork options are available)\n\nThe Electrical Engineer's main role is to design and develop electronic products or processes, oversee their production, and provide technical support for existing products or processes.\n\nAdditional responsibilities include the following.\n\nEnsures manufacturability and optimization of product designs through product design reviews, design for manufacturability reviews, and post-mortems (things gone wrong / lessons learned).\n\nAnalysis of electrical engineering lifecycle requirements, high level design, low level design, hardware testing, integration and integration tests, requirements level testing, and clear documentation.\n\nProvides design, implementation, documentation, electrical debugging and manufacturing support for company products and the development of electronic tools used to develop products.\n\nApplies current professional, regulatory, and company practices and procedures to develop new products and maintain existing products observing industry and proprietary standards.\n\nParticipates in electrical design reviews; prepares progress reports as required by the projects.\n\nDevelops a design and/or product validation test program to ensure robustness of design, and directs lab technicians in product testing.\n\nWhat You’ll Get\nGreat people and great teams produce great outcomes for our customers and the communities where we do business.
