You’ll learn the menu, take accurate orders, and manage cash responsibly at your assigned drawer. Your role includes delivering properly prepared orders, addressing guest concerns promptly, and keeping your station stocked, clean, and ready for service. If working in the back of house, you’ll craft menu items to McAlister’s recipes and standards.
