Our mission is to give installers a better day on the job — and system owners a better product for life.If you’re passionate about clean energy, innovation, and scaling world-class hardware, this is where you’ll make an impact. What your day looks like:Maintain and update Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs)Work directly with engineers, sales and field teams, supply chain leadership, and the CEO to gather input that is used to drive product improvements and innovationFacilitate and document NPI review meetings; take meeting minutes, record action items track project statusMaintain and continuously improve the NPI tracker across all active programs (residential, commercial flat roof and C&I ground mount systems)Identify schedule and resource risks and work through solutions with various stake holdersBuild and maintain AI-assisted workflows for meeting capture, document organization, status reporting, and timeline managementWork with our engineering, supply chain and operations teams to develop best practices for items such as efficient document revision control, engineering change orders, first article documentation etc.This is a hybrid role: in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays and Thursdays (and other days as needed), and you'll join calls with our Asia-based supply teams on Monday and Wednesday afternoons / early evenings.What we are looking for:3–5 years in an operations or engineering-adjacent coordination role.
