The candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support of federal mandate initiatives and annual filing season changes. This role supports mission-critical IRS applications and requires expertise in IBM z/OS mainframe technologies, taxpayer identification systems, notice generation solutions, and enterprise change management processes.\nThe position will support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, release management, production support, documentation, and troubleshooting.
