This individual will be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement support, construction administration, and project closeout while ensuring successful project delivery from inception through completion.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead construction projects from planning and design through procurement, construction, and closeout.\r\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, risk registers, and project management plans.\r\nCoordinate project teams including owners, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.\r\nFacilitate project meetings and prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and action item logs.\r\nMonitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or project performance.\r\nPrepare executive-level project status reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.\r\nOwner's Representation & Client ManagementServe as the Owner's Representative and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nDevelop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and proactive communication.\r\nProvide objective recommendations and strategic guidance to support client decision-making.\r\nReview design documents for constructability, completeness, and alignment with project goals.\r\nAssist clients with procurement strategies, contractor selection, contract negotiations, and contract administration.\r\nConstruction AdministrationMonitor contractor performance and construction progress to ensure compliance with contract requirements.\r\nReview schedules, RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change orders, and other project documentation.\r\nCoordinate and conduct periodic project site visits to verify construction progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.\r\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.\r\nSupport value engineering initiatives and cost-saving opportunities throughout project execution.\r\nQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.\r\nFive (5) or more years of construction project management experience.\r\nExperience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, municipal, industrial, infrastructure, or government construction projects.\r\nStrong understanding of construction contracts, project delivery methods, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.\r\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.\r\nAbility to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.\r\nAbility to travel periodically to project sites and client meetings as required.\r\nPreferredExperience managingfederal, military, VA, GSA, USACE, or other government-funded construction projects.\r\nExperience serving as anOwner's Representative, Construction Management Consultant, Construction Manager Agent (CMa), Program Manager, or Engineering Consultant.\r\nExperience with public-sector procurement and capital improvement programs.\r\nFamiliarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.\r\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, RA, LEED AP, or equivalent.\r\nWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a motivated, client-focused project manager who thrives in a collaborative consulting environment.
