This role is responsible for transforming ingested data into meaningful intelligence, writing analytical scripts, and producing dashboards and reports that support executive level decision-making.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical depth in Python/R and SQL, and the ability to think like an executive to propose KPIs, thresholds, and insight driven recommendations. Data Analysis & Insight GenerationAnalyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, anomalies, and operational insightsWrite Python or R scripts to process, transform, and analyze dataPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and correlationsDevelop insight-driven summaries and recommendations for leadershipIdentify emerging risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement2. Data Modeling & Field DefinitionDefine data fields, data models, and analytical requirements based on real dataValidate extraction logic and ensure data structures support reporting needsCollaborate with the Solution Architect to refine data schemas and ingestion outputsEnsure data quality, consistency, and analytical readiness3. Dashboard & KPI DevelopmentDesign and build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or similar toolsPropose meaningful KPIs, thresholds, and scoring logicDevelop visualizations that support executive level situational awarenessTranslate analytical findings into intuitive, decision ready dashboards4.
