Your work will enable the organization to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural strategy.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamLead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needsDrive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, operations, and other teams to achieve program goalsEstablish and maintain program timelines; identify and mitigate risks proactivelyDevelop and implement standard program management methodologies to optimize efficiency and executionCommunicate program status, challenges, and dependencies to collaborators at all levels to ensure transparency and alignmentDrive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automationEnsure technical teams stay focused and accountable for delivering high-quality solutions on timeCollaborate with product and engineering leadership to balance short-term work with long-term architectural strategiesHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role6–10 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceStrong technical background with understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and system architecturesExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical collaboratorsProven track record of delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience leading creation, consensus, and roll-out of new program, planning, and development processesStrong Agile experience as both participant and driverHigh level of ownership, ability to prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisionsAbility to adapt to changing circumstances, pivot strategies, and work with distributed teams across multiple time zonesStrong business insight and ability to connect technical initiatives to business impactOutstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approachHere's What Else Might Help You OutBA/BS degree (preferred)Pay Range$73.93 - $92.42/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
