These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.\n\nMore specifically, the employee owner will:\nSupply each workstation with appropriate work materials in a timely manner by reading work orders or following verbal instructions to ascertain material or containers to be moved.\nLoad and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, hoist, crane, or forklift.\nMove components between production area, shipping, and assembly.\nMaintain proper workplace organization in the areas served by properly storing components and products without transit damage.\nLook for continuous improvement opportunities for material handling and product flow through the plant.\nPerform daily maintenance checks for the forklift and report non-routine repairs to maintenance personnel.\nUse and understand various paperwork, including schedules and prints.\nRegularly participate in additional training related to the job and perform extra assignments in other areas and related tasks as assigned.\nDemonstrate regular, consistent attendance.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
