As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the communication and swallowing abilities of our patients, providing life-changing care and support to those in need. We are looking for Part-time 2-5 days per week, can be very flexible for the right candidateResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations to identify and diagnose communication and swallowing disordersDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and swallowing skillsProvide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of diagnoses, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and neurological disordersCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomesParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plansRequirements Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Current certification in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility forcertification Michigan state licensure as a Speech Language PathologistAbout Adira Nursing And RehabAt Adira Nursing and Rehab, we are dedicated to redefining the meaning of patient-centered care.
