If you enjoy building automated test solutions, identifying defects early, leveraging AI to improve testing, and ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards before it reaches customers, this role is for you.\n\nResponsibilities: :\n\nDesign and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures that ensure product quality and performance.\nDevelop automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.\nUse AI powered tools to generate automated test cases, optimize automation test suites, identify gaps in test coverage, assess QA automation needs for projects, estimate automation effort.\nIdentify, reproduce, and report software bugs and usability issues with clear, concise documentation.\nAnalyze test results and collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.\nDesign, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\nCollaborate closely with product and development teams to refine features and ensure test coverage.\nUse tools like Postman for API testing and SQL for data verification to support testing workflows.\nDrive continuous improvement across QA and engineering, while promoting automation best practices.\nSupport other assigned tasks as needed in a dynamic startup environment.\nKey Qualifications: :\n\n3-5 years of experience in software QA testing and automation, ideally within a SaaS or tech startup environment.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field preferred.\nExperience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.\nExperience using Git and Azure DevOps for source control, test automation integration, pipeline execution, and collaboration within Agile development teams.\nExperience with one or more programming languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#, for developing and maintaining automated test solutions.\nStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test management software, and debugging tools.\nExperience with Agile development processes and a Continuous Improvement mindset.\nKnowledge of SQL and database validation.\nExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.\nDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple testing streams simultaneously.\nEmpathetic and collaborative—ready to work as part of a high-performing team.\nAligned with RocketRez’s core values: authenticity, ownership, and caring about people.\nAI Skills :\n\nExperience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or Gemini.\nAbility to use AI to generate test cases, test data, and automation scripts.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering for testing scenarios.\nThis is what you’ll love about RocketRez: :\nAt RocketRez, we believe People Come First, and that includes every team member.
