Conversion Analyst Dover, DE - Remote - 6 MonthsSeeking for a Conversion Analyst to drive customer conversion, optimize funnels, and boost revenue growth through data-driven insights. Collaborate with technical and business teams to shape analytics strategies.Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain data models for analytics and experimentation.Implement data quality checks and documentation.Analyze customer journeys and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks.Conduct A/B test analysis and collaborate with product teams.Present insights to leadership for conversion optimization.Must Have:4 years in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles.Strong understanding of data modeling.Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, etc.).Experience working with ETL developers and DBAs.Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred:Familiarity with Federal/State/Government Department of Labor Data Model.Experience with public sector data.Experience with system integration and data validation modeling.
