This role is responsible for managing contract documentation, preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinating cost commitments, supporting Project Managers with project administration, and assisting in the development of client-facing presentations and deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare, review, and route project contract documents, amendments, and other contractual documentation.\nDraft and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) in accordance with project requirements and client standards.\nRoute purchase orders, change orders, and other cost commitments for internal review and approval.\nTrack contract execution status and maintain accurate project documentation and records.\nSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination activities.\nAssist in preparing client presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and executive summaries.\nCoordinate project meetings, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.\nMaintain project schedules, trackers, and reporting tools to ensure timely communication of project status.\nAssist with budget tracking, document control, and project closeout activities.\nCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to facilitate project execution.\nEnsure project documentation complies with company standards and client requirements.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications\n\nA bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience\nProficient in Microsoft 365 products\nProficiency in using spreadsheet tools to manage large amounts of data\nExperience utilizing Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau or any equivalent program for data analytics and data visualization, preferred.\nPrior experience managing people is a plus\nStrong Electronic document management system (EDMS/DMS) experience\nUnderstanding of construction documentation\nExcellent communication skills\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThe salary range for this full-time role is $80K-$90K- per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
