The Human Resources Director will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, and workforce planning to support a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role will lead employee relations, coach managers on performance management and development, and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values. The director will design, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and manage HR metrics and reporting.
