We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team.\n\nThe responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:\n\nBe curious. Seek feedback. Honor commitments. Drive results.\nSupport manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt and rapidly ramping tool install environment.\nFocus on tactical, daily execution towards module metrics (tool recovery, material disposition, tool installations and qualifications, excursion containment and reporting, technician development, procedure documentation).\nDevelop and drive operational BKMs to interface with other fab teams to accelerate fab execution across module and department lines.\nDevelop and implement improved CMP and Wet Process methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality, and a relentless commitment to chase and visualize the data.\nImplement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements.\nProvide training to junior colleagues and process technicians. Maintain and improve training documentation and procedures.\nIdentify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner.\nSupport the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs).\nParticipate in data analysis and problem resolution.\nCollaborate across teams/ branches to solve fab priorities, which can change quickly.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum requirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field\n2 + years relevant Semiconductor Process /manufacturing experiences\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n\nStrong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies\nProficiency with Python, Claude, or other AI modles or tools is a plus\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.\nStrong communication skills and ability to manage-up and manage-down.\nDemonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.\nAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions\nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery\nDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment\nAbility to take the initiative and drive for result\n\nAbout Us\nWhy TI?\nEngineer your future.
