This role involves troubleshooting performance issues, analyzing solution feasibility, and advising on technology value within business processes.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nCollaborate with service providers to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business strategy and architecture.\r\nWork closely with performance managers and quality assurance staff to review and analyze service provider problems.\r\nTroubleshoot performance issues and resolve problems with service providers.\r\nTrack industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to evaluate service requests and provider proposals.\r\nAdvise on leveraging solutions across the enterprise and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.\r\nProvide input into the technical architecture for outsourcing projects.\r\nCoach and mentor junior technical staff.\r\nAct as a subject matter expert or technical leader/consultant on projects.\r\nRequired Skills\r\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.\r\nA minimum of 7 years of IT experience within one or more specialty areas.\r\nDeep understanding of information systems, networking theory, and architecture standards.\r\nExpert/lead technical role proficiency, working on complex tasks and projects with high degrees of risk and impact.\r\nAbility to work in a consultative manner without providing administrative or management support.\r\nLl:Onsite\r\nWhy Work with Us\r\nAt Cook Systems, we don't just offer jobs—we build futures.
