You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and our team matches you with clients that fit your schedule, preferences, and goals. Whether you want steady recurring shifts or per-diem flexibility, you stay in control of how much you work — while we handle the match.\nWe're currently hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. If you're passionate about making a real difference in someone's daily life and want a role that respects your time and expertise, we'd love to hear from you.\nOnce onboarded, you'll work alongside the dedicated Care Partner team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best caregivers on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Partners!\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nCore responsibilities for all caregivers:\nAssist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping\nComplete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift\nMonitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team\nSubmit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app\nCommunicate with your Care Partner regarding any case updates or client changes\nEnsure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment\nMaintain client confidentiality at all times\nAdditional shift opportunities (based on client needs):\nTransportation and errand support\nHospital discharge escort — safely accompanying members home after discharge\nTelehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired qualifications:\nMinimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)\nAccess to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)\nAbility to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)\nReliable transportation to and from client homes\nMust pass a background check\nProgram-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):\nCompletion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts\nMedical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening\nValid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts\nAdditional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract\nSkills & attributes:\nCompassionate, patient, and professional — you treat every client with dignity and respect\nCommitted to the member — you're there to support them in living their life on their own terms, whatever that looks like for them\nReliable — when you commit to a shift, you show up\nSelf-directed and organized — you manage your schedule and communicate proactively\nTech-comfortable — confident using a smartphone app for work tasks\n\nHOW TO APPLY\nApply today and our recruiting team will guide you through a virtual onboarding and training process.
