This role provides journeyman-level expertise supporting system- and segment-level integration planning and execution to ensure capabilities are delivered within required cost, schedule, and performance constraints.\nThe Integration Engineer plays a key role in protecting system baselines while supporting agile deliveries, coordinating integration events, executing tests, and facilitating collaboration across diverse stakeholders.\nImpact of the Role\nThe Integration Engineer directly impacts the successful delivery of FORGE capabilities by ensuring integration activities are well planned, well executed, and do not introduce unintended risk to operational baselines. This role helps maintain mission readiness, schedule integrity, and cybersecurity compliance while enabling agile development and deployment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProactively identify and resolve complex integration issues across the FORGE program\nDevelop and maintain ground integration plans and recommend integration solutions\nSupport planning and execution of system- and segment-level integration tasks\nManage integration events, schedules, and coordination activities\nDevelop test plans and procedures and execute tests to validate integration outcomes\nEnsure agile deliveries do not negatively impact established baselines\nProvide subject matter expertise to resolve integration deficiencies\nSupport implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for cybersecurity\nFacilitate and participate in integration-related working groups with government and contractor stakeholders\nRequired Knowledge & Technical Expertise\nFORGE program integration concepts\nGround system integration planning and execution\nSystem- and segment-level integration and test activities\nTest planning, procedure development, and test execution\nAgile delivery environments and baseline protection\nRisk Management Framework (RMF) for cybersecurity\nIntegration issue analysis and resolution\nStakeholder coordination and working group facilitation\nQualifications\nMinimum of 9 years of relevant experience supporting DoD, space, or mission system integration efforts\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline\nDemonstrated experience supporting integration planning, execution, and test activities\nProven ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues\nActive TS/SCI clearance\n\nWhy ITSC\nAt ITC, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled professionals supporting critical national defense missions.
